• Proven experience working as photographer or videographer.

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots that effectively communicate client’s message and engage their target audiences.
• Capture high-quality photo and video content using a variety of equipment and techniques, including DSLR cameras, drones, and stabilizers.
• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality photo and video content using Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Manage multiple projects at once while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest photography and videography trends, techniques, and equipment to ensure that our content is fresh, modern, and effective.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for photo and video content.
• Conduct quality control checks on photo and video content to ensure that it meets client’s brand standards and guidelines.
• Liaise with other team members, such as copywriters and graphic designers, to ensure that all content is cohesive and effectively communicates client’s brand messaging.

Pre-production

• Plan and organise all pre-production activities, such as location scouting, casting, and scheduling
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure all necessary resources are available.

Production

• Oversee the filming process, ensuring that the script is executed as planned
• Direct actors and crew to achieve the desired performance and visual style

Post-production

• Review and select the best takes for editing
• Collaborate with video editors to ensure that the final product aligns with the script and vision

Visual and Audio Elements

• Coordinate the inclusion of visual and audio elements, such as graphics, music, and sound effects, to enhance the video's impact

Quality control

• Ensure that the final video meets quality standards and project objectivesReview and approve the final edit before distribution

Budget Management

• Manage the budget for each video project including expenses related to production and post-production

Stakeholder communication

• Maintain open communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders throughout the production process.
