  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management position.
  • Proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns and projects from concept to execution.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creative direction, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide creative teams.
  • Proficient in industry-standard creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiar with video and motion graphics tools.

  • Lead the overall creative vision, direction, and strategy for all brand and marketing projects.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful creative concepts.
  • Oversee the development of branding, campaigns, and multimedia content to ensure alignment with brand identity and positioning.
  • Manage and mentor creative teams, including designers, copywriters, video editors, and other creative professionals.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration across various channels.

    The Senior 3D Animator & Motion Graphic Artist is responsible for producing high-quality 3D animation, motion graphics, and visual effects to support VISIOLAB’s corporate, Oil & Gas, and advertising projects. This role combines strong creative design with technical execution and includes leading junior motion designers to maintain VISIOLAB’s creative standards.
    • Lead the creation of 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for video productions and digital content.
    • Supervise, mentor, and guide junior motion graphic artists.
    • Collaborate with producers, creative directors, and editors to conceptualize and visualize storyboards.
    • Develop 3D assets, environments, and animations using industry-standard tools.
    • Handle compositing, texturing, lighting, and rendering for polished outputs.
    • Integrate animation seamlessly into live-action footage.
    • Ensure all deliverables meet platform requirements (broadcast, social media, online advertising).
    • Manage file organization, backups, and documentation according to VISIOLAB SOPs.
    • Review and refine animated content based on internal or client feedback.
    • Perform other motion-related tasks as assigned by the Head of Production.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the full editing process from raw footage to final delivery.
    • Supervise, mentor, and provide creative direction to junior editors and motion artists.
    • Collaborate with producers, cinematographers, and the creative team for smooth workflow.
    • Perform colour correction and grading using DaVinci Resolve.
    • Enhance videos with audio composition, sound design, and music syncing.
    • Maintain file organization, naming conventions, and backups according to VISIOLAB SOPs.
    • Refine edits based on internal and client feedback.
    • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high creative and technical standards.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to formats, codecs, and rendering.
    • Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Production.
